Introduction of new management in Synpulse Australia
Sydney-based Navinesh Chand joins Synpulse from Infosys Consulting, having led their CX and Digital Strategy efforts in APAC as a senior principal. His appointment solidifies the firm’s focus in the APAC region including the growth mandate locally.
He brings over 18 years of experience in consulting and in-house leadership roles with a particular focus on customer experience, innovation, and digital Strategy. Nav has held various leadership roles in the professional and financial services industry across Australia and the United Kingdom. His career has seen him work in consulting at Partners in Performance, KPMG, and Deloitte as well as within the industry at CBA, UBS, and Westpac. He is also actively involved in advising startups, helping not-for-profit organisations, and working closely with universities and business schools on digital strategy and innovation.
Asked about why he decided to join Synpulse, Nav pointed at the firm’s “significant investment in the region” and an opportunity to work with and grow the talented team already in place. “From the first discussion, I really felt at home and welcomed. The energy, motivation, and horsepower really aligned well with my own.”
