Synpulse Appoints André Burger as Partner and Elects Two New Managing Partners
André Burger has been appointed partner of the international management consultancy Synpulse. Burger has been working for Synpulse for around ten years and has been a member of the Management Board of Synpulse Deutschland GmbH since 2015. Dr. Christoph Nützenadel, CEO of the Group, and Konrad Niggli, will join Raphael Jung as a Managing Partner - Nützenadel with immediate effect from Singapore. The personnel expansion of the partner team results from the continuing strong international growth of the management consultancy for financial service providers.
André Burger was instrumental in driving forward the expansion of business with banks and asset managers in Germany. Born in Switzerland in 1982, he has also been involved in various projects in Germany, Spain, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Andorra and Switzerland. He is an expert in the digital transformation of financial service providers and in robotic process automation. Another focal point of his activities is the evaluation and implementation of core banking solutions. Burger studied at the University of St. Gallen and in Jönköping, Sweden, and holds a master's degree in business administration.

Dr. Christoph Nützenadel (born 1969) and Konrad Niggli (born 1972) were appointed Managing Partners. Nützenadel started his consulting career at Synpulse about 17 years ago. He has been CEO of the Group since July 2015. In his consulting work, he focuses on insurance. At the beginning of 2018, he moved to the Synpulse location in Singapore. There he will now devote himself to the further expansion of the insurance business in Asia. Konrad Niggli started his consulting career at Synpulse in 2000 as a consultant. Since 2011, he has been a partner for reinsurance. He leads the US Office and supports financial service providers in strategic and operational matters, including B2B client relationship management as well as integrated and automated underwriting.
