Christian Seidel joined Synpulse in 2009. His consulting services range from CRM and sales management in (re)Insurance to management of medium-to-large-scale projects.
Originally based out of the Zurich office, Christian’s consulting practice is focused on insurance and reinsurance. In this role he develops client relationship management for B2B (re-)insurance, optimizes sales management for front-office organizations, and constructs finance and collateral management platforms. Since 2013 Christian supported Synpulse USA’s Sales and Customer Management competence center remotely until 2016 when he transferred to the New York office. He continues his work with the competence center as well as executing projects such as the successful introduction of a CRM platform for a prominent global re-insurance client.
With an undergraduate degree in Econo-Physics focused on investment, corporate finance and credit portfolio risk from the University of Ulm, Christian went on to purse a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Technology Munich before beginning his consulting career. He is also certified in the principles of non-life re-insurance and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
