Synpulse Strengthens its Singapore and Hong Kong Offices with two Senior Hires
Synpulse is reinforcing its Asian management team with two seasoned experts - Ashley O’Reilly & William Lee have been appointed as Associate Partners in Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively.
Ashley O’Reilly, an expert in transformation and engagement delivery, looks back on a long-standing career with Deloitte in Europe and Asia. Ashley acted as an Associate Director in the Financial Services division of Deloitte’s Management Consulting practice. In her new role as Associate Partner in Banking, she will be leading strategic accounts and transforming the relationship management and business development in Singapore. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied International Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

William Lee, a seasoned management consultant and an expert in both insurance and banking, has been delivering transformation for major multinational companies in both Asia and North America for the past two decades. Most recently he led transformation portfolios for Employee Benefits and Insurance at one of the biggest insurance players in Hong Kong. In his new role as Associate Partner in Insurance, William’s primary focus will be on growing Synpulse’s insurance business in Asia. He holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Management, Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance.
