Synpulse’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) mission is to provide a safe and sustainable platform for our employees and shareholders to meaningfully engage with the communities around their workplace. Our goal is to build lasting partnerships with governments and non-profit organisations worldwide in order to drive social impact beyond our core consulting services. Like many of our clients and peers globally, we embrace environmental sustainability, law abidance and community-building in our daily operations. Consulting is what we do and helping is who we are.
What is the UN Global Compact?
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative. It consists of ten targeted principles across human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption, that encourage companies to design business strategies around stronger corporate action that advances societal goals. As a signatory member of the compact, Synpulse joins over 12,000 organisations from more than 160 countries.
Synpulse’s CSR Commitment
Through this alignment, Synpulse will bring the group’s valuable CSR efforts to a global platform and set milestones across the company for tangible action towards each principle. Given our long-standing commitment to serving our corporate clients, we hope that this initiative will serve as an important reminder to our employees, partners and communities worldwide about what we stand for and our continued efforts to give back.
Next steps
In preparation for this pledge, our organisation has already taken strides in specific areas of corporate sustainability across all offices that will be covered in-depth in an upcoming article series titled “Synpulse CSR Spotlight”.
